Moon farm has had a great sucess in it's first year, we have been very suprised for the demand for local produce.

When we first moved to Devon we thought that the hardest part would be finding people and businesses to buy our veg, how wrong we was! We have had a fantastic response and now have some very good customers who are being very supportive of our plans for Moon Farm.

At the moment we are supplying a Pub (the ring o bells), a Tea Room (the old forge) both in Chagford, we are supplying Moorlands Farm Shop at Whiddon Down, Bovey Castle at North Bovey (very posh), Barry the Butcher at Mortenhampstead, North Tawton Stores at North Tawton, Exbourne Community shop, yes it is at Exbourne and 3 veg boxes!!!

 We are soon going to run out of veg to sell, as we only had a third of an acre to plant on. All our customers know this and are being supportive by wanting to order veg from us at the start of the next  season.

From Jan 2007 will will be renting an extra 4 Acres to plant on, so we then should have enough room to to plan properly and get our veg growing all year round.

 Also in 2007 we are going to be supplying more veg boxes, as we have had so many people asking us for them! Hopefully we will be selling about 30 of these and are proberbly going to sell them where the customers can order what veg they would like, from a list of what we have available. More of a selection box rather than your normal veg box.
